The Syllabus.

Mountain range with snow-capped peaks and rugged cliffs under a partly cloudy sky at sunset or sunrise.

The Ekstæses Syllabus is our primary sacred text — a 365 lesson daily workbook adapted from A Course in Miracles (1975 public domain edition), held within the specific theology and practice of Ekstæses Sanctuary and reoriented around the central conviction of our community: that truth can only be experienced, not described and not explained..

It is not a book to be read once and set aside. It is a practice to be lived — one day, one lesson at a time. Each lesson is short. Each asks only that you bring your willingness to it. Over the course of a year, it quietly reorients the mind toward the experience of oneness with Your Source. Its effects, for those who commit to it sincerely, are profound.

A living curriculum for the direct experience of the willing mind.

The Ekstæses Syllabus is accessed through our app. New members begin with a 14-day consecutive daily practice — the foundation of community participation at Ekstæses.

The app tracks your daily lesson completion and supports your progress through the full 365-day workbook. It also houses our community intake process for those called to go deeper.

The Syllabus is offered freely. No one is turned away for inability to contribute. Donations are always welcome.
